As your Wellness Coach, my role is to work with you in partnership and collaboration.
The analogy I often use is that, if you want to climb a mountain, you can a) go and find a mountain and start climbing, or you can b) ask a mountain guide to help you along the way.

You might get to the top of the mountain if you climb it on your own – but your journey will be a little quicker, far less stressful and a lot more fun if you have tools and guidance from someone who helps people climb mountains every day.
